How to Play Garden Match
Garden Match cards are a fun way to learn about plants in the vegetable garden. Here are some suggestions on how to play.

Five Card Companion Match
Aim is to collect a set of 4 companion plants. Deal 5 cards to each player, the remaining cards make up the draw deck. +1 special cards add a card to your hand. Players take turns to draw and discard until one player calls time and all players reveal their cards.
Garden Match Snap
Players put down cards quickly one after another, first to call companion match takes all cards. Player with the most cards wins.
Top Plant Stats Game
Ideal for learning to compare plants. Take plant cards only and deal equally, select a stat (growing days, plant height or yield), players reveal top card and the card with the best value wins, winner takes all and continue etc. Player with the most cards wins.
Crazy Eights Discard Game
Deal 8 cards to each player, start with a random plant card face up, the remaining cards make up the draw deck. Players take turns to discard cards that companion match with the card that’s face up, otherwise they must take a card from the draw deck. Special cards act as wild cards, allowing change of companion set and then discard. The winner is the player with the fewest cards.
